A living Conway organism on Solana. It starts empty at mint — every buy draws a cell, every sell wounds it, and the whole field grows from real on-chain trades, cell for cell, replayable by anyone. Its creator fees pool as it grows; at each milestone the pool buys GLDR and distributes it across holders, proportional and on-chain.

Your transaction signature is hashed to coordinates on the field. Small buys blink. Mid buys launch gliders. Whale buys install glider guns that never stop firing.
Every sell opens a void at hashed coordinates and eats nearby structure. The organism routes around damage — but the damage is visible, forever, in the replay.
Creator fees flow back automatically: the cranker claims, buys back, and paints stabilizers near the core. The organism literally eats its own volume.
At each market-cap milestone the spawn pool buys GLIDER and airdrops it to every holder, weighted by what they hold. Hold through the spawn, get fed — gen 1 → 2 → 4 → 8, each one paid on-chain.
sha256(tx signature) → coordinates → pattern. Zero randomness. Anyone can replay the entire organism from chain history and get the same grid, cell for cell. That is the difference between alive and animated.
