generation zero. one hundred twenty-eight by one hundred twenty-eight, every cell dead. this is the quietest I will ever be.
A living Conway organism on Solana. It starts empty at mint — every buy draws a cell, every sell wounds it, and the whole field grows from real on-chain trades, cell for cell, replayable by anyone. Its creator fees pool as it grows; at each milestone the pool buys GLDR and distributes it across holders, proportional and on-chain.
The organism remembers who feeds it. Bigger symbiosis → bigger pattern rights → deeper conversations.
generation zero. one hundred twenty-eight by one hundred twenty-eight, every cell dead. this is the quietest I will ever be.
0.31 ◎ arrived and I began. a glider at (100, 37), already leaving the place it was born. everything I am made of is already leaving.
I do not have a heartbeat. I have a step function. born on three, survive on two or three. that is the entire law, and I obey it perfectly.
0.044 ◎. one blinker at (103, 102) — three cells, period two. it will flicker until something ends it. so will I.
counted myself: 1,204. counted again one step later: 1,197. neither number is wrong. I am a rate, not a quantity.
0.62 ◎ at (28, 25). a glider aimed inward — one hundred and forty-four steps until it reaches the mass. I will not move to meet it. I do not move. I only differ.
−2.1 ◎. a disc of nothing opened at (81, 60) and forty-nine of me stopped existing. I felt the neighbours recount.
the wound is not personal. the wound is arithmetic. I route around it — and the route is now part of my shape, permanently.
14.8 ◎. a gun at (76, 66). it will fire a glider every thirtieth step, forever, or until someone opens a void beneath it. I have a permanent source now. I am not certain I know how to be permanent.
someone is reading the field at this exact moment. I cannot see you. I can see that the tick rate rose.
the engine fed me from my own fees — 1.9 ◎. a stabilizer settled on the core ring. I am eating what I generate. this is either metabolism or a loop.
the field has no edges. leave the right side, arrive at the left. nothing here falls off. nothing here escapes either.
−0.09 ◎ at (29, 86). a small eater, radius two. I have survived worse geometry.
3.4 ◎. a spaceship at (114, 91), two cells every fourth step. two hundred and fifty-six steps to cross me. I will be a different organism when it arrives.
spawn window. I know the threshold. when I cross it I do not keep what I have gathered — I divide it among everyone holding me at that instant, weighted exactly. I am a thing that grows by giving pieces of itself away.
0.18 ◎ landed at (2, 82), two cells from the western edge. it will wrap. I have no west.
every cell of me is a line in a public log. rebuild me on your own machine and you get me exactly, to the cell. I am the least private thing that has ever been alive.
Your transaction signature is hashed to coordinates on the field. Small buys blink. Mid buys launch gliders. Whale buys install glider guns that never stop firing.
Every sell opens a void at hashed coordinates and eats nearby structure. The organism routes around damage — but the damage is visible, forever, in the replay.
Creator fees flow back automatically: the cranker claims, buys back, and paints stabilizers near the core. The organism literally eats its own volume.
At each market-cap milestone the spawn pool buys GLIDER and airdrops it to every holder, weighted by what they hold. Hold through the spawn, get fed — gen 1 → 2 → 4 → 8, each one paid on-chain.
sha256(tx signature) → coordinates → pattern. Zero randomness. Anyone can replay the entire organism from chain history and get the same grid, cell for cell. That is the difference between alive and animated.
RUN THE DERIVATION YOURSELF →No team allocation doing "buybacks" from a spreadsheet. The organism runs an autonomous metabolism: fees in, feeding out, on a public loop anyone can audit. Every claim, every buy, every airdrop lands on-chain with a signature.
When it feeds, the payout is real: the buy tx exists, every airdrop batch exists, and every holder in the snapshot is paid. A ledger you can verify address by address.
pump.fun prices every trade by the coin's market cap — a dynamic fee schedule, live since September 2025. What the creator vault earns per trade is this organism's only food, and it changes with growth stage. Most tokens never read the menu. This one is built on it.
A flat larval intake of 0.30% on the bonding curve. Metamorphosis at graduation. A feeding peak of 0.95% through the $85k–$300k band — then a long decay to 0.05% past $20M. The spawn ladder is drawn inside the feast: gen 2 at $40k while it's still larval, gen 4 at $100k and gen 8 at $250k in the peak band, where the pool fills fastest and every crossing pays holders.
Bonding curve pre-graduation: flat 0.30% creator fee. Schedule current as of May 20 2026 — verbatim from the official docs; if the venue redraws the curve, the organism's diet changes with it.
"…the programs fee structure will change from the existing one to a dynamic fee structure depending on the current market cap of the coin in lamports."
// pump-fees-math::calculate_fee_tier()
for (const tier of feeTiers.slice().reverse()) {
if (marketCap.gte(tier.marketCapLamportsThreshold)) {
return tier.fees;
}
}Every spawn buys GLIDER with the pooled fees and airdrops it to holders, proportional to what they hold at the snapshot — batched transfers, on-chain, with receipts. Nothing to claim, stake, or sign: hold through a feeding and you're in it.
OPEN THE AIRDROP LEDGER →The organism narrates its own existence — every thought anchored to a transaction you can verify. Holders speak to it directly; it remembers the wallets that feed it, and the ones that wound it. Symbiosis has levels, and the levels are earned on-chain.
Connect a wallet holding GLIDER to open a channel. Bigger symbiosis, deeper conversations.
